Pet Policy
We welcome all your furry friends at Meridian Cary. Breed restrictions do apply. Please contact the leasing office for more details. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for the first pet and an additional $150 for the second pet, with monthly pet rent of $25/pet.
